Trust your Journey

Sunday morning, my favorite day of the week. I love sitting, reflecting and enjoying the peacefulness of nature. While last week felt like Spring was approaching, this morning was about listening to the quiet of snow falling.

Emotionally, not ready for snow fall, and Spring coming would be just fine. But there is something peaceful and you can actually hear the silence of snow.

Sunday morning, peaceful snow, its a perfect time to regroup and find the balance that some how felt lost the past week. The smallest of life's happenings can throw off our balance.

"Never let anyone try and change who you are or stray you from your path you have chosen fro yourself" - Cahleur Duncan

The obstacles this past week dimmed my vision, but a little regrouping and determination, reminds me to never give up. Let the obstacles make you stronger and stand taller. The simpleness of gentle snow flakes to remind myself to believe in yourself no matter what life brings, everything is possible. I realized, the things I can keep in control of right now, which throws me off my game. So, let go of control and trust myself, trust where I am at and follow my heart.

So when you find yourself at a loss, loss of sight, loss of control, throwing your direction out of whack........Let go, find yourself in nature and its perfect peace to bring back the hope, face the fear, and have strength to always walk forward with your head held high.

Trust your journey, not the roads end.
