Boost your Attitude, Boost your Immune System

Some days just seem harder than others. Is the change of season? Is the crazy world? Is the media brain washing your soul? The world can seem so big and make us feel so small. Dig deep down inside and find strength within and stand up for yourself! Take a break to empower your soul.

" Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better." —Albert Einstein

The world set us into motion of a survival mode which triggers stress. Stress brings on break down. If you don't run your vehicle to optimum performance with routine maintenance then it will not run well and eventually break down. Our vehicles need more than fuel, they need oil changes, new batteries, replace windshield wipers and good tires. That is just the routine maintaining it. We need to not only fuel our bodies, but we need to decompress the stress, keep hydrated, routine exercise and a way to disconnect from the things that create stress. We need self care as routine maintenance.

How do I recharge the battery of my soul? Get outdoors! Quiet time in nature, fresh air and retreat from the distraction that is draining the tank. Discover yourself again, we all need self care of personal time that is not entertainment, not hibernating in the dark with a nap, but something to uplift the body , mind, and soul. It can be a simple quiet walk outside or hike to the top of a mountain.

Climbing a mountain can either make you feel super small in the world. The accomplishment and view of trees, valleys, rivers and land that stretches forever is empowering. We are small piece of the world, but feeling the greatness of nature can make your heart grow. So, soak in the vitamin D, fill your lungs with fresh air, and boost your immune system.

"I go to nature to be soothed and healed, and to have my senses put in order." —John Burroughs

Don't let the size of the world weigh you down. If you let the nature rekindle your heart, fill it up with gratitude, overwhelm your soul with joy and take the time to self reflect. Be the best you can be then turn around and give the world the best you.

"It is life to have real hard days and really great moments"- Annie Gebel
