How do you start your day? Same routines? Are you a morning person? What sparks the energy in your soul? How do you write the new chapter of your life?

Lots of questions, we are all different. Morning is a time to radiate the energy in my heart. The morning sky is full of awakening energy. Some mornings might be totally socked in with heavy clouds so it takes longer to light up and filter energy down to Earth. There are mornings the sky is perfect clear, not a hint of a stream of moisture, just a pure blue sky. The best sunrises are the ones with almost a 50/50 mix of clouds and clear blue. The sky will slowly shift through the grey casting shadows and depth to the morning sky. As the sun rises higher the colors shift from hints of pink and orange to a single minute of vibrant florescent pink and golden light reaching across the sky. If you are not watching, you will miss it.

As the sun reaches up and slowly changes the expression in the sky, it is a perfect time to take a deep breath, let go of any negative energy as it sends to your soul positive hopeful vibes. Don't be one of those scramble around in the morning and not even take a glance out a window to notice. The Earth is sending you a message every morning as the sun stretches up to kiss the sky with a smile.

Life can be short or long, but starting each day with not only noticing the simple blessing, but embracing them, makes our time more precious. It smiles at you to help lift you up and smile throughout your day. Don't waste it.
