Paths can Change
Each of us have our own path, and its personally tailored to us. The path can change as life changes and sometimes the path can seem hidden in the forest. When we are young and growing up our path is to learn about the world, our history, how to survive, care for ourselves. The path may sound simple......go to school. It really is more complex than a daily routine of attending school, learning, studying and finding direction in life.

So life takes us in directions and we follow. We follow career choices, relationship adventures and hopefully the path leads us to the happy never ending chore of being a good adult that works, builds a family and home life. Then life will continue to change...it is a forever changing world we must adapt. family grows up, moves out and starts their own new path. Career can come to its final destination, retirement and life goes down another road. New adventures.....travel?, explore?, all the possibilities
that you never had time for when you worked full time and raised a family.

There is a certain meaning to life and your days when they truly are not all your own, but rather dedicated to hours of a job. The days off fill up fast with chores of grocery shopping, cleaning and the little things hope to accomplish at the end of a week. Days and weeks are filled with goals. When retirement hits, the goals change. Now, realizing as the body ages it does slow down. The energy and physical energy is not the same as 20 years ago ( no wonder we raise children in our youthful adult years). Routines changes as the path changes, and it is all ok! After spending a life time with huge goals to accomplish, going in several directions on the path to end up on a quiet little path in the forest can be scary. Re-group your focus, adapt to the changes and acceptance to the new quieter path. Sometimes we have to almost give ourselves permission to slow down. When the speed does slow down and your body and soul catch up to where you are it is easier to adjust and enjoy the new direction.

As we awaken to ourselves and to life, we will become more attuned to what is right for us. The universe speaks to all of us through infinite channels, but we each have our own frequency. Others may share what worked for them, but only we can decide what truly makes us feel inspired, awakened, connected, fully conscious, aware and alive. Whatever our path, it is perfect and is meant especially for us. It is easier to find the simple joys of each day, the little inspiring moments that maybe we were so busy were missed years ago. The path is ours and ours to enjoy no matter where you are at on it. There are simple pieces of each day all around us to breathe in, enjoy, appreciate and love life for all it is. Simply see the world around you and the path can be busier than you take it for.
