Where is Bearcreek?

What is it that fuels each and every one of us in this world? For me, it is where I call home. There is no place that has filled my heart more than the Columbia River Gorge. , The Gorge does extend many miles, the west end they refer to it as the "gateway" and I am blessed to live in the "heart" of it all! I have found such a deep sense of fulfillment in my life. The great outdoors filled with forest, wildlife, mountains, rivers and waterfalls, such an amazing place in the beautiful world God created. I moved to the Gorge over 35 years ago after years of enjoying all it had to offer as a visitor. I may not have traveled the world, but I can say there is not place like it that I ever experienced. Living in nature I find a sense of peace, a place where I feel closer to God. I enjoy writing about my passions, what interests me, what interests other people, and sharing it with the world. Life in the Gorge is "Divine"! This life guides my mind, body and spirit. Nothing can keep me from finding and living my purpose. So I invite you to join me on this divine adventure.

Why does the bear sleep all Winter? I know scientist say they hibernate and during this time of sleep, they bear goes into a trans. A mama can have her babies while she sleeps ( that would be nice), the body lives off the fat stored ( another plus).
